Reading an iPhone when the link is the weak part
A trading screen on a phone is a copy of something held elsewhere. When the link drops, the copy simply stops being refreshed while the market carries on; quotes freeze at the last value that arrived and the profit figure beside a position freezes with them, because it is calculated from that quote. Nothing in that sequence is a move in price, and the first thing to look at is the connection indicator rather than the chart.
Coming back is not a replay. The app fetches the state as it now stands, so the numbers jump to where they are instead of sliding there, and the jump is the catching up rather than a market event. A position that was open is still open and an order that triggered has triggered — the screen was behind, not the account.
iOS adds behaviour of its own on top of the network. Low Power Mode holds back background refresh, Focus settings silence alerts, and the system suspends apps that are not on screen, so a handset in a pocket is not a monitoring station. Mobile networks hand a moving phone between masts, and between cellular data and whatever Wi-Fi it passes, and each handover is a short reconnect of exactly the kind described above.

The Exness Trade app is listed on the App Store at no cost, and the requirement it states is iOS 16 or later on an iPhone or iPad. Typing Exness Trade into the store search finds it, and the same route handles every update afterwards, so the build on the handset stays current without a decision being taken about it.

- Search the store for Exness Trade, and check the handset is on iOS 16 or later.

- Sign in on first launch, and answer the notification prompt when iOS raises it.
